padelusa.org is owned by USA Padel, a not-for-profit association based in Texas. For questions about this notice or about information we hold, contact the address on the correspondence that brought you here.

What these pages collect
If you reached one of these pages from a message we sent you, the link carried an identifier for your record in our contact list, along with labels identifying the campaign and which message in it you came from.

These pages set no cookies. They store nothing on your device, they carry no advertising or analytics tags, and they do not track you across other websites. If you arrive without an identifier in the link — for example by typing the address directly, or from a forwarded link with the tracking removed — no activity is recorded at all.
Why we collect it
To understand which partnership materials are of interest to the organisations we have approached, and to follow up appropriately. We do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal effects, and we do not sell it.
We rely on our legitimate interest in identifying and contacting organisations that may wish to partner with USA Padel, and in understanding which of our materials are of interest to them. We contact people only in a professional capacity, about their organisation’s commercial interests — never in a personal one. If you would rather we did not contact you, tell us and we will stop.
Who it is shared with
We use the following providers to operate these pages. They process information on our instructions.
- Google — receives the page activity described above through Google Apps Script and stores it in Google Sheets.
- Cloudflare — serves these pages, and receives the technical information any web server receives in order to deliver them.
- The organisation whose partnership these pages describe — receives this activity so it can see which of its materials were of interest.
- YouTube (Google) — some of these pages show a background video. It is embedded through youtube‑nocookie.com, which does not set advertising cookies before playback, but Google still receives your IP address in order to deliver the video. The player also loads its own supporting files, including fonts, from other Google domains as part of doing so.
How long we keep it
We keep this information for as long as we are actively pursuing a partnership with your organisation, and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. After that it is deleted. If you ask us to delete your record sooner, we will do so.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop processing it. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
You can also stop this collection yourself at any time: remove everything from the
? onward in the page address before opening it, and the page records nothing.
To stop receiving our messages, reply to any of them and ask.
Changes to this notice
If we change how these pages work, we will update this notice and the date below.
